Nervous tension (stress) and emotions can get trapped within our bodies when we do not give ourselves what we need to allow processing and integration. This can result in:

  • Unexplained pain and
  • A tendency towards injury or illness
  • Emotional outbursts
  • A lack of emotion (in situations where you would normally expect a response)
  • Difficulty thinking, planning, remembering (executive brain dysfunction)
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Cancer, auto-immune disease and other physical dysfunction

The first video below describes how somatic exploration can work as a release as well as a few key things to keep in mind so you are safe in your exploration. If for any reason, you do not feel safe, seek the guidance and help from someone trained in Somatic Healing and Therapy.

The second video guides you through the process, step by step. While this video has been created to be 9 minutes long, once you understand the process you can make your explanation as long or as short as you desire and require for it to be effective.

This exploration begins with lying down on your back so you may like a yoga mat or blanket on the floor for comfort. If for any reason you can not get down on the floor this exploration can be done sitting in a chair or any other comfortable posture.

A blanket is recommended for the integration at the end of the exploration.

I combine my naturally enthusiastic belief in EVERY BODY  with my natural empathic talents to provide you with just the right amount of space and direction so you can go deep and resurface anew.

During the time that I am your coach, I will not leave you hanging between sessions as I am available via email to answer questions and provide support as needed.
